Live Like Lou Foundation
The Live Like Lou Foundation is a nonprofit organization that supports individuals and families affected by Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) while funding research to find a cure. Established in honor of Lou Gehrig, the legendary baseball player who brought national attention to ALS, the foundation operates to leave a lasting impact—just as Gehrig did.
Live Like Lou provides financial assistance, caregiving resources, and advocacy for ALS patients and their families. Additionally, the foundation invests in scientific research to advance treatments and ultimately find a cure for the disease. The organization is strongly supported by Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, which has made ALS research and support a core part of its philanthropic mission.
By focusing on patient care and long-term research solutions, Live Like Lou embodies the spirit of resilience and generosity, inspiring communities to take action in the fight against ALS.
